Project Start Process

1. Initial Inquiry

In your first email, briefly describe the essence of the task, the current technology stack (if any), and the desired deadlines. The SLA for our manager's response is 1 business day.

2. NDA and Discovery Call

We sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Then we organize a setup call with our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) or Lead Architect to dive into the business context.

3. Audit and Estimation

We conduct an express audit (if there is existing code/infrastructure). We prepare a High-Level Design (HLD) and a preliminary estimate of deadlines and budget.

4. Contract and Kick-off

We agree on the cooperation model (Dedicated Team, T&M, Fixed Price), sign the contract, and form the team. We hold a Kick-off meeting and start the first sprint.

We work exclusively by bank transfer with legal entities. We collaborate with large corporations, fintech startups, and government organizations. We are ready to pass the customer's security service (SB) checks and tender procedures.
